Lydia _ Artistic Upper Valley Senior Portraits with a Touch of Mystery
By: Wilder Lights
Lydia envisioned a senior session that felt both dreamy and mysterious, and together we created a portrait experience that reflected her unique personality and interests. An accomplished flute player and passionate reader, she brought elements of the things she loves into the session, adding a personal touch to the photographs. We began with a soft, fantasy-inspired feel, using the beautiful gardens and pathways of Featherstone in Woodstock, Vermont to create images filled with light, imagination, and a sense of wonder. As the evening progressed, the mood shifted into something more cinematic and mysterious, with deeper tones, dramatic light, and a quieter, more reflective atmosphere.
The images below represent only a portion of the photographs Lydia received from her senior portrait experience, showcasing the variety, creativity, and storytelling that can unfold during a personalized senior session.
As Lydia prepares for the exciting journey ahead, these photographs serve as a celebration of who she is right now—creative, thoughtful, talented, and entirely herself. One of the things I love most about senior portraits is creating images that feel personal rather than posed, reflecting each student's unique interests, style, and personality.
If you're looking for a senior portrait experience that goes beyond traditional yearbook photos—whether your vision is artistic, adventurous, whimsical, or completely your own—I would love to help bring it to life. Every session is customized to tell your story in a way that feels authentic, memorable, and uniquely you.
